5 Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultants

Updated: Aug 17, 2020

In the age of free information and of the vast internet, you can do and learn just about anything online, amongst them, the Canadian immigration process.

We would advise, however, that should you wish to come to Canada to live, study or work, you employ the services of a registered immigration consultant.

Who is an RCIC?

An RCIC (Regulated Canadian Immigration Consultant) is registered with the government and is versed in the laws and procedures regarding Canadian immigration. An RCIC also has to take examinations and attend conferences to stay abreast and updated on immigration laws.

An RCIC is not an "immigration agent". We advise that potential applicants be careful when sourcing for information, as immigration agents, according to Canadian federal law, are not authorized to represent applicants during the application process.

We've compiled a list of five immigration consultants whose services you can employ.
